Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Website Tech & Solutions Manager to join our growing digital agency. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure and the successful management of website projects. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proactive mindset.

Our ideal candidate will have experience developing, executing and managing multiple projects/people simultaneously. We are also looking for leadership experience; this position is expected to take the initiative and help our interactive team build efficiencies and new processes to scale.

Spotlight is not your typical agency. 

Our interactive team is small (about 25 total people), but we have substantial accomplishments. We’ve been the market leader in website design and b2b marketing, and we’re branching out into new markets and new technologies. Our leadership has a growth mindest and pushes our team

Minimum Requirements

• Manage, Setup and troubleshoot DNS configurations.
• Maintain, Update and troubleshoot WordPress CMS and plugin Conflicts.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScriptt/PHP, and other languages for web development and troubleshooting.
• Understand and manage SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) for secure file transfers, server access, and troubleshooting data transmission issues.
• Use project management tools like Helpscout, Basecamp and Asana to track, manage, and execute tasks.
• Understand and prioritize website SOP’s with internal/external team, across Spotlight’s platforms to ensure quality assurance and company standards.

• You possess a strong understanding of web technologies, SEO best practices, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring top-notch website performance and visibility.
• Ensure that our customers websites remain high-performing, primary marketing vehicle for brand awareness. 
• You excel at developing and executing comprehensive website and marketplace strategies that seamlessly align with our overarching business goals.
• Ability to communicate strategy and direction for both internal and external team members.
• Lead relationships with technical teams (development) and Web UX (Creative/Design) team through prioritization and meeting key project deadlines.
• Create, manage, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that all steps are completed correctly.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
